Our charming 12-person Chalet Hirschblick is situated at an altitude of 1,025 meters, peacefully located on a spacious plot surrounded by forest in Donnersbachwald. Within walking distance, you’ll find the beautiful Riesneralm ski area — ideal for a family holiday. The 35 km of slopes offer plenty of challenge for advanced skiers and snowboarders, while beginners and children can enjoy the large practice area.
The luxurious chalet features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, fully equipped with every comfort, and together with the sofa bed in the living room, it offers accommodation for up to 12 guests.
On our upper terrace, you’ll find a hot tub for 8–10 people with unobstructed mountain views, located at the forest edge, ensuring maximum privacy.

Every day we used the sauna, and one evening we tried to heat up the jacuzzi. Unfortunately, even after four hours, the water temperature was still only 27 degrees, despite adding wood continuously. However, that was just a small downside. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Huge bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, great beds. And a wonderful sauna and jacuzzi. Several terraces around the chalet with good patio furniture with lovely cushions. You can sit outside and enjoy the sound of water in the stream. We were there in the summer, had great weather. Nice walks and also went up the mountain. Highly recommended whether you are four like we were or 8 people you will have a wonderful time. Finally the host present is also very friendly and helpful

We had wonderful evenings, playing games at the kitchen table and enjoying the fireplace and TV in the living room. After a day of skiing you can relax in the wellness area with bathtub and sauna. There is ample parking in the driveway and even a garage for the car. Highly recommended this house!

Verified stayWe had two wonderful weeks in this very nice chalet. Very nicely decorated, and really everything was there. We really did not lack anything. The front terrace on the rocky point was a place where we sighed with satisfaction, partly because of the beautiful unobstructed view of the valley. Even before leaving for Austria we received very thoughtful emails from Rob (owner of the chalet) to prepare us for our vacation. During our stay Rob was also very helpful. It was all in one word excellent!

Holiday park Donnersbachwald is about 1.5 km from the Riesneralm ski slopes. The chalets are widely spaced on plots of 500-600m2. Some of the chalets have an underground garage, including ‘Chalet Hirschblick’.
With a total of about 35 chalets at different heights, the holiday park looks very charming and cosy. The holiday homes are all privately owned. Chalet Hirschblick is located at the highest point of the Feriendorf, giving you a wonderful view of the surroundings and overlooking all the other chalets.
